Our COLLECTIVE IMPACT this year: 

• 510 Residents call our Berkeley Square, Westover & Montage Mason senior living communities home.
• More than 600 patients choose Jamestowne for their post-acute rehabilitation.
• Our Community Behavior Health & Foundations Counseling teams support the mental health and addiction recovery needs of more than 3,500 community members.
• Our Community First Pharmacy team fills more than 40,000 prescriptions each year.
• Our culinary & FLEET teams work together to provide nearly 110,000 Meals on Wheels each year.
• Through LifeSpan, we provide case management for 4,400 Butler County ESP Clients - many also are connected to our ILA, FLEET Transportation, and Meals on Wheels services.
• Colonial School provides intergenerational connectivity and early education for more than 140 students.
• Colonial At Home caregivers help more than 300 older adults maintain independence in their own homes.
• Elements Wellness Center supports the wellness needs of 850 community members in addition to our residents.
